InPursuit, LLC was founded in 2011 with the vision of providing our clients with a highly experienced professional staff from a small, dynamic, adaptable company. Our company founders have had distinguished careers with large and small government consulting and professional services firms. We harnessed our experience, lessons learned, and best practices to form InPursuit - a company focused on our customers' missions.
We pride ourselves in running a consulting firm that holds no conflicts of interest, corporate biases or hidden business agendas. InPursuit focuses on client priorities, always putting the mission first, with corporate operations that are transparent and seamless. InPursuit intentionally keeps our overhead low so that we can provide better expertise at lower overall cost.
Our good business ethics, subject matter expertise, and mission focus has been the cornerstone of our reputation with our clients. InPursuit is known as a source of great talent and ethical advice. The founders have experience working across several intelligence agencies, all military commands and the regional combatant commands, the military and intelligence research and development centers, and within the Pentagon. We strive to bring this experience to our customers to assist in providing context and support for their decisions.
Leadership
Eddy Gerenski, PMP Company Owner & Partner
Eddy Gerenski is a founding owner and partner of InPursuit, started in 2011. With InPursuit, Eddy is primarily responsible for management of daily operations, business development, Security and the Department of Defense (DOD) and Intelligence Community (IC) business portfolio.
Eddy has over 20 years supporting the DOD and IC as a Senior Systems Engineer and Operations Officer with subject matter expertise in technical collection. His direct support to his clients includes multiple overseas deployments, duties as chief of operations to nationally recognized programs and senior level advisory support to DOD and IC Senior Executive/Intelligence Service Staff.
Prior to InPursuit, Eddy was with SAIC, ITT and Integrity Applications Incorporated (IAI). In that capacity, Eddy was a Senior Systems Engineer, Operations Officer and Business Development Manager for National Programs. Eddy has over 15 years in corporate government contracting, program management, business development and small business operations.
Eddy has a Master of Science degree in Systems Engineering from George Mason University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. Eddy is also
Project Management Professional (PMP) certified and Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certified in Program Management and Systems Engineering.

Joe Mancusi, Ph.D Company Owner & Partner
Joe Mancusi is a founding owner of InPursuit, started in 2011. Joe is primarily responsible for company management operations, finance, accounting, and the Technology and Innovation portfolio.
Joe has 30 years of experience supporting the DOD and IC in various roles: a researcher in electronic, sensing, and communications; a Program Manager for programs from all military services and many DOD and IC agencies; and in various analytical and technical analyses programs in support of government clients. He presently supports the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s Adaptive Execution Office (DARPA/AEO) assisting in transitioning DARPA technologies to the Special Operations Forces and the Microsystems Technology Office (DARPA/MTO) consulting on high frequency and high power technologies.
Prior to InPursuit, Joe was an independent consultant for the Defense Intelligence Agency’s Special
Communications Enterprise Office, Vice President for Government Solutions for Narus, Inc. (since
acquired by Boeing), and a Senior Associate with Booz Allen Hamilton leading a team of technical experts in radar, signal detection, electronic warfare, and communications. He started his career at a private non-profit R&D center in Research Triangle Park, North Carolina – since acquired by the RTI.
Joe has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Duke University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
